If Kadri is really down to Colorado and Calgary, I expect those two clubs will be unable to offer Kadri firm $ until they figure out the MacKinnon and Huberdeau/Weegar extensions respectively.
Neither orgs will make their best offers until they understand how those contracts will affect their cap structure for the 23/24 season.
