This is just a rec league, think it's based out of Montreal. There are other regional ones out there, one is Da Beauty League. It's not like the NBA Summer League which is a bigger deal, if memory serves. Looks like there are men's and women's leagues under this, wouldn't be surprised if some of the women's national team players participate.
I see guys like Josh Anderson and PL Dubois in other videos on the league's Instagram page.
