This is more likely and I agree with.
Like I said I have no idea who knew what or who's still around, etc. A clean slate is easy but may not be the best approach.
I don't have any stake in this either way, hope it's resolved and everyone throughout all related organizations are held responsible, was just curious on if that was already brought to light or not.

There's no chance they didn't know this stuff was going on. I heard several stories like this in my town, and I didn't play hockey. One of those stories has been mentioned in another thread by a different poster.
