Maybe it's a devil's advocate approach, but if the people involved with HC now had no knowledge or information about any of this and are learning about it all as we are, I don't see why they'd take the blame.

This is more likely and I agree with.
Like I said I have no idea who knew what or who's still around, etc. A clean slate is easy but may not be the best approach.
I don't have any stake in this either way, hope it's resolved and everyone throughout all related organizations are held responsible, was just curious on if that was already brought to light or not.
