1. Edmonton
2. Calgary
3. Winnipeg
4. Ottawa
5. Minnesota
6. Columbus
7. Buffalo
8. Maybe Islanders/Devils/Detroit?

Montreal is not a desirable location. High taxes, french language, annoying media. Toronto would be a media nightmare also.
