Cirellii and Bogosain are LTIR bound for the start of the season (joining Seabrook).
So they won't have to worry until Cirelli is back but the likely and most obvious solution is sending Myers down. They receive a $1,075,000 relief, are only $325,000 above the cap with the relatively mock roster on Capfriendly, so even sticking with that roster they can call up someone making $750,000 (which just so happens to be league minimum) to replace Myers and be under the Cap if they are able to utilize all of Seabrooks cap relief.
They just happened to sign Carrick to a $750,000 contract a couple hours ago.
So replace Myers with Carrick (once Bogosian and Cirelli are off LTIR) and the team is left with $54,167 in cap space.
