I don’t think that it is possible to control access to it given the location in proximity to the war memorial. I like the fact that any time I go to Ottawa I am able to freely walk up to the Tomb and memorial in order to pay my respects. I also don’t understand why people would want to use it for political/protest purposes considering it is absolutely apolitical on its face.
