I just understand this is a tough market and a 32 team league...he has been here 8 years, started with a bottom feeder.
They have been a top 5 regular season team twice and a top 8 playoff team twice. Win X amount of rounds or you're fired is a terrible way to run a hockey team...there are just so many factors.
Like I said he would be hired elsewhere immediately, and we would get a new GM with the same geography.
