Broke my three wood in frustration and for the first time ever, I walked off the course on the the th hole.
I’d imagine I was on pace to shoot 140 or more. I felt like today I was a far worse golfer than the first time I ver played.
I will be taking a long break from this game.

I took the week before last off from golf. Wasn't happy with my game and was getting frustrated to the point where I wasn't enjoying it. This past week I got back in the saddle with a new frame of mine and like Slava said, focused on the basics and tried to simplify the swing.
It worked and my game is back on track.
Do what I did by taking a short brake and come back with a better frame of mind. Just don't quit.
