Funny to Blame those two instead of just the fact that Vasilevsky has outplayed Bobrovsky badly in the last two series.
Lightning have a .948 save percentage and Panthers a .882 save percentage in those series. Panthers as a team have a 52.5% xGF at all strengths in those series too, but goaltending has been poor.
I’m happy to take their scapegoats though. IMO it’s smart to try to trade for guys like that, Kadri was a similar story as the scapegoat in Toronto.

Kadri deserved it at the time though. He was ejected and suspended at the worst time for two consecutive playoff series’. He was immature and didn’t likely have the leadership on the team to chew him out. Plus the Leafs defence stunk at the time. They knew what they had in him but given their needs and his bad decision making it was a sensible casualty.
