This is not surprising. Seems like the relationship between Matthew and the Flames really soured last year for whatever reason. If I remember correctly, didn’t Treliving and Sutter talk Tkachuk out of a trade request.
Hope one day we find out exactly what caused Chuky to go from loving this place to “can’t wait to get out of here.”
