NFLD is upset that they don't get to keep all offshore oil revenue AND equalization payments. Does NFLD have a point or are they being unrealistic?

If they have oil revenue should they get equalization payments? If they become a 'have' province then they shouldn't need equalization. Am I missing something?? I hope so, I don't want to ever side with the Federal Liberals.

Oh, and taking down all Canadian flags is tad over dramatic isn't it?
