Just not much to be excited here. We just pushed the window out a bit but the team will be much worse than last year, and all we get to show for it is a 1st round pick 3 years from now.
Just hate this trade.

How else would you recover? This to me is perfect - best players available and buy time. We won’t be under the gun to move them like tkachuk put us in - a bad negotiation position.
