- ask for 13M x 7 (or 13M x 8 if its a sign and trade) from all of them, killing any of
the Flames leverage.
- Take whatever the arbitrator rules.
- Leaving the Flames with the only option of dumping him for next to nothing
because everyone else knows he's going to free agency anyway.
I know this is a bit risky but he might see it as a worthwhile risk at this point.
