The more I think about it, if it’s true, it’s a good news story. It means there’s acceptance that some sort of rebuild is needed from ownership.
Perhaps that’s as good as Treliving can hope for in this market. No owner wants a prolonged rebuild, so if he’s got buy-in to do it in short term then his job is to manage up for when the time is right to ramp it back up.
