Just the sheer number of people who would have to have been in on it keeping that a secret is patently absurd, then you have to take into account who those people are? All of those Astronauts, flight controllers, engineers, etc.
Even if they somehow impossibly managed it at the time, nobody is keeping that secret for 50 years.
Just...logistically it would have been discovered by now.
Thats why most Government conspiracies are laughable, Governments are barely capable of operating some of the simplest day-to-day functions, there is no way they could pull off something that complex.

I'm also a non-believer when it comes to those conspiracy theories. Nonetheless, are they actually more complex than the financing, technology, human resource coordination, policy etc. to get people on the moon?
The incredible can be accomplished with sufficient planning, resources, and execution. To say a government could coordinate landing people on the moon and bringing them safely back in the 60's seems less incredible than coordinating lies believed by the general population via centralized control of information.
