Consent age I think tends to float between 14 and 17, (I’m pretty sure it’s 14 in Canada), but I’m pretty sure that’s if both partners are under age. I don’t think someone under 18 can technically consent to sex with someone over 18.
But these things change all the time. And yeah some places are obviously pretty horrific when it comes to this stuff.
But isn’t soliciting prostitution across state lines a federal crime?
