Ya, you don't trade a guy like Lindholm...treat him with class and let him walk for free as a UFA. I mean the team won't be good while he's under contract so just keep him around.
It's not like he had a career year and has a great contract that you could retain and get a massive return on.
Have some pride. Show some class. Cheer for mediocrity.
