All that is left on St. Louis to trade for (not 'off the table') are their best three prospects and the first. No reason to be coy with them. Bolduc, Snuggerud, Perunovich, 1st, and because they were crap with cap control, Tarasenko to match salaries.
Vegas just doesn't have the prospect capital anymore. Karlsson, Hague, Brisson, 1st would get them in the conversation, but only the 2024 is an add beyond that.
Florida has Denisenko and Samskovich but their next two firsts are gone already. That means a big ticket roster player coming back with the two prospects, and Florida is in big cap trouble. I don't see a path.
Nashville is an interesting dark horse. Kemell, Tomasino, Tolvanen and 1st? They have cap to spare.
Dallas has the pieces to make this happen. Wyatt Johnson, Stankhoven and Gurianov would be a really nice deal. They are flush with cap.
Those are the rumored teams on Tkachuk's list. Dallas has the ability to put up the best offer, if they decide to.
