Well, some teams may think they can sign him, even if he doesn't. But NYI are a little old of a team for Tkachuk.
Devils are a better bet. They lost out on Gaudreau and might want to make a move. They have unsigned Bratt, who may like the idea of Lindholm/Markstrom/Andersson/Kylington/Backlund as teammates. Also prospects like Holtz (also a Swede)
