This I’m ambivalent on. He’s already messed up this off-season, I could be persuaded either way that this was the right decision or not and it will pretty much be whether or not it gets to arbitration, but there’s pros and cons both way. So your arbitrary deadline to sign Tkachuk to 8 years or trade him was… next draft? That makes even less sense.
I don’t know any other criticisms, don’t really remember any of your posts outside today, that was just something you said.

Funny thing about lottery teams is you don’t know who all of them are one year out.
If you can get some assets for him, including a first rounder, that opens up the opportunity to move up in the draft depending on which teams are around the top.
