The more I hear, the more I read, especially after listening to Steinberg this afternoon - Johnny is just an awkward guy and didn't know what he really wanted to do.
In the end all parties except for Columbus are dissatisfied. Johnny probably wasn't professional enough during negotiations with Calgary, but I don't think there was ever ill intent.
If it wasn't for the millions of dollars, I would feel bad for him.
