Yup, that was my thinking as well. They creepily worship you, until they turn on you and the team. Both the fans and media.
Hall and Eberle, Pronger, jersey tossing, Puljujarvi being set up as another sacrifice now, even the media member that called Draisaitl pissy this year. Even Francis wouldn't stoop to that level.
Our media is very friendly and pleasant compared to the other Canadian teams.
