Hope Monahan is finally healthy and can attract some bidders at the deadline or be valuable in the playoffs.

If things don’t go well then it’s time to tear it down the following season. Lindholm, Hanifin, Tanev, Zadorov, Toffoli, and Backlund will all be pending UFA’s. Stack up on prospects and picks.

Markstrom and Tkachuk can go in the off-season for big hauls (unless you’re able to get Tkachuk on an 8 year deal)

Rebuild is on and we’re left with Bread, Kadri, Coleman, Andersson, and maybe Tkachuk as the veteran pieces with a huge influx of talent coming in the next 2-3 years.

Is it the best plan ever? I don’t think so, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the Flames go in this direction. They aren’t waving the white flag on this season anyways.

Don’t think your far off on this. I’d like to see Horvat or Miller instead of kadri but overall I don’t think your far off in the roster.
