OK that's your view. I think there's a lot of negative spin to that.
Remember I was someone who always said there were 3 outcomes:
- Trade Johnny
- Sign him to a long-term deal that probably wouldn't be good
- Lose him for nothing.

So I don't disagree they should have traded him years ago. But I also understand that was unlikely.

The rest...meh. That's just you needing to point the finger at someone. If Johnny expressed that he had legitimate interest in signing here then I don't blame them for trying. I think the flames were blindsided if indeed they met his demands, and then still left.
