In my scenario, BT offered 9.5 x 8 but was ready to go $10 x 8. But Agent wanted more and tried to force BT through social media.
Then BT said "Okay, then we wish you the best. All offers are now off the table. We will go other way."
Anyway, show this Gaudreau agreement to Tkachuk and sign him 8 x $9.51 now,
