This is the interesting angle now imo. He'll make money regardless, but what's the urgency for NJD to offer large $$$? They must have their ear to the ground and know if Philly has a move to open the space. If not, then NJD is basically the only game in town. I guess NYI could come in, but hard to see them bidding it up this early because they also have incentive to wait and see if Philly can be involved.

Good luck to Johnny. Will be interesting to see if he left even more money on the table than he was expecting.
