She's going to cost a lot of people their jobs by doing that, including in major cities and rural. "Uber-fying" government services means people are going to lose guaranteed work, and the entire public sector mechanism will have to be rewired/redesigned. It would be absolute chaos and probably end up costing hundreds of millions, if not billions.
Mind you, if we get the tobacco industry to set up shop in Alberta because smoking has benefits, then there might be jobs waiting those folks after all.
