This team with Gaudreau had a tough time winning, and generating offense in the playoffs. I don’t think that would’ve changed with an $11M Gaudreau signed. Would we all have been as eager to bring the band back if we lost to Dallas in game 7? I’m not too certain. However, this is an opportunity for this team to choose a new direction, and perhaps even a winning one.

I’m both not terribly disappointed by the news (as I see the silver linings) but also feel screwed by Jonny and completely letdown by Tre.
Selfish player and an incompetent overconfident GM.
The opportunity is there for this team to still be good but i don’t like the chances with BT at the helm.
