To make it better, we are going to split it into multiple projects, which means doing one or two spots each year, likely will cost even more than the overall P3 project in the end, and guarantee at least 6 years of construction delays instead of 1-2. I love this decision making so much.
How is the Green Line even going to move forward if a $200mil project on a road used by tons of Calgarians can't even get going.
