I'll give him props for showing up. The easy move would have been not to come. Chretien avoided Alberta like the plague and he wasn't nearly as detested by Albertans. That said Chretien was a far more competent PM as I feel Justin wouldn't be nearly as detested if he and his party actually did something other than kicking the can down the road on almost all major issues.
