No not really. the NHL definitely has been on my backburner ever since Bettman awarded Sportsnet the national rights.
Combined with the terrible reffing in the league and the no-hit, no-fight mentality, it's been pretty dull.
A player like Gaudreau is my last lifeline to this league. If he is gone, i'm not watching.
