There is zero organizational blame at any level, if JG decides to go east. Zero.
The organization has treated him like a superstar and you don't go messing with trade options if that's how you feel about the player and not only has he not explicitly told you to trade him or that no way is he resigning, he's expressed genuine interest in staying.
Especially as that player is also cognizant and a main reason for staying is attracted by the legacy of being a life long Flame and having a current team situation where they are in the Cup running with the roster and coaching.
