I would suggest the goalie situation is as good as its been in a long time
Clear #1: Markstrom (yes yes he didn't play well v. the Oilers)
Strong back-up: Vladar
Emerging potential long-term starter: Wolf
What's the problem here?
In addition, the goalies being moved in these deals are being acquired because the teams think they can be #1s and they have a stronger track record to show that. I don't think a team is acquiring Vladar to be their #1.
