And the Callback option isnt much better. The first time my wife tried it selecting the callback option just instantly disconnected her and the second time she input all the information and then days and days went by with no callback.

RBC has been dece. I recently had my credit card compromised, and had a dozen or so charges in ontario. Got ‘em on the phone, charges wiped, and new credit card expedited within the hour.
