$11M would be a pretty fair counter offer. At 13.3% of the cap, that puts him in the top 15 players in the league. Right at Eichel, but below Marner. Way below Panarin. $10.5M would be a logical number to end up at. That's 12.7% and around Benn/Seguin. Above Kucherov though. Still, reasonable.
