NRD isn’t legit at all. He has never broken a deal. Just throws a lot of mud at the wall and then when something actually sticks claims he had it early when an actual insider inevitably breaks the news.

Just Flames related in the past 2 years he has claimed:

- leader to land Palmieri at the deadline (despite us being sellers)
- going after Granlund from Nashville (despite us being sellers)
- Kuemper to Calgary is imminent
- Flames in on CBJ goalies
- Flames close to acquiring Kreider
- Gaudreau will be dealt in 21 off season
- teased he had a “big update” on Gaudreau that never came
