Maybe. Or maybe you’re oversimplifying a more complex issue. To my knowledge AC didn’t have staffing issues before the pandemic so if you have some specifics as to what their Union is doing differently now please feel free to share that. I highly doubt their Union is a barrier if the company is wanting to pay higher wages.
Unions don’t solve all workplace issues, but they’ve proven to be very effective at solving a lot of them.
