This is a private radio station owned by a conglomerate: the only consideration they have is whether they'll make money off of it. If they thought Raptors coverage would make them money they'd do it, but someone has done the analysis and decided it wouldn't, so they don't talk about the Raptors.
The only Calgary radio stations that don't evaluate things by the metric of "will we make money from this?" are CJWE (aboriginal), CJSW (UofC campus radio), CKUA (UofA campus radio), and the CBC of course. That's the CBC's entire mandate: "cover the stuff that private enterprise won't, because there's no money in it," and they get crapped on for it all the time.
