The Optics in people with astigmatism or high nearsightedness/farsightednes is actually better out of a hard lens.
Long story short..... Soft lenses are most new fits... but hard still have a place.

question for you Hesla, do you think the cost of Laser eye surgery will ever come down enough that it will replace the uses of contact lenses and glasses or do you think it will remain in that "higher" price range for some time to come? They have it so simplified now that you are in and out in 15 minutes so why the huge costs still
