Focus Night and Day are good lenses, but i prefer Acuvue Oasys in Calgary... they seem to provide better protection against dryness. They are approved for 1 week of continuous wear...
For you @theCBE... i wouldnt recommend ever sleeping in your lenses. You should switch to one of hte new materials though and you will find that you can wear your lenses more hours.
Of course... go to your Optometrist and ask for the lenses, some Dr's are stuck in their ways and dont ever try the new types of lenses.
Again... Acuvue Oasys or Focus Night and Day are the ones i recommend right now.
If there is irritation with the lenses, it could also be due to the solution you are using. I would switch to either ClearCare (READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!) or Optifree Express.
