Because I'm not a complete moron, and I can tell when I'm not sick anymore? Do you go to the doctor every time you get a cold or do you stay home, stay hydrated, take some flu medication and sleep it off until your symptoms go away? Because unless something goes sideways and you start coughing up blood or something, every normal human being does the latter... I don't book a doctor's appointment just for being under the weather, nor do I go see a doctor to get confirmation that I'm no longer sick afterwards. That's just stupid.
