Not necessarily. He is one of many possible dominoes in their plans. He'll also become slightly more valuable tomorrow when his $1M SB is paid, leaving only $4M salary.
I'd venture he might fetch a 3rd+5th right now.
If playing well at TDL it could be more like a 2nd+4th. If he's mediocre then similar to present value. If he's injured then nothing.
PHI might already have deal(s) lined up that are waiting for tomorrow, or more likely until PHI can consummate their other desired moves. If their plans don't come to fruition, they keep JVR to potentially sell at TDL.
