Well one thing Williams will have working in his favor is that a lot of other guys from his Era have steroid questions surrounding them and the gawdy numbers they put up. Historically a 320 hitter with 30 home runs and 110 RBI who was a gold glove defender was a hell of a good player. During the juice era those were good numbers but you had lot's of guys knocking out 50 dingers a year. So when he does go up his first couple of times a lot of the recent guys he'll be against will have questions around their legitimacy. Williams to my knowlege has absolutely no allegations of cheating against him so that will work in his favor.
