IMO:

1. Looks

This gets your foot in the door . . . period. Sorry, if you don't attract the girl physically, you won't ever get the chance to impress her with your personality.

Once you're in, I think it depends on what the girl is looking for (long-term? fling?)

If the girl just got out of a relationship, but wants to meet a guy to get close to, honesty and morals are probably pretty low on her checklist.

Otherwise, I can see a ranking as follows:

2. Honesty and morals

If the girl wants the option of being with the guy long-term, this is huge and the most important factor IMO.

3. Chemistry

Hasn't been mentioned yet, but I think this is key also. I've been with girls before where I'm completely satisfied with everything else, but the chemistry just wasnt there. Sexual chemistry, enjoying the same things in life, having similar interests... all very important if we're talking long-term.

4. Confidence

If you're confident (not cacky (stupid filter)), you project it without trying... and girls will sense this within minutes of meeting you for the first time.

5. Sense of Humour

People (not just girls) love to laugh. Sense of humour - not in the 'Mitch Hedberg' sense, but in the ability to laugh at things in general (including themselves).

6. Intelligence

Important, but not that key I think. As long as the guy is at the same level as the girl (or close), this is rarely an issue IMO.

The thing with points 2 to 6 IMO, are that once the most important factor of looks is established, it disappears, because the guy is in the door and everything else supplants it, but as I mentioned, there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that looks is the single attribute which determines whether or not a guy even gets a chance to show off his other ones.
