I'm totally with you. Any time the head-popping lady is on-screen, I will fast-forward to see if she pops anyone's head. I don't like jump-scares at the best of times, but to pop someone's head is just gross.
I did like the threat to Starlight though, and the little nosebleed that Starlight had after head-popper walked away.
