I loved that fight scene and it somewhat redeemed their overused CGI fight in Episode III. The choreography lighting, music, and voice changes were very well done. Was half expecting Vader to make a high ground reference though.
Didn't like the Reva bits that felt like an unnecessary addition to shoe horn in a character arc and get Luke involved at the expense of taking time away from the heart of the story. I didn't mind the Reva addition overall but she should have stayed dead in episode 5 leaving the finale to be all about Obi Wan and Vader.
Overall I enjoyed the show for providing an interesting story about a typically non interesting character and having the visual feel of the original trilogy but it was let down by some strange writing choices. |
