You can relocate online through My Flames Account using Virtual Venue - 3D interactive seat viewer.
Call Our Customer Service Team
If you would like assistance exchanging your seat location, you can contact our Customer Service Team at 403-777-4646 option 1 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist. Please keep in mind, we can only assist with your inquiry once your relocation timeslot has started. Out of fairness to all Season Ticket Members, we cannot assist with relocating your seats prior to your designated relocation time.
If you cannot participate in your assigned time slot, you can choose to participate in a time slot after your designated time (you cannot attend an earlier session). Take a moment to log in to your My Flames Account in advance of your time slot to confirm your account information."
