We use a Levana Oma Sense (abdominal movement monitor, depending on age of your baby) and a Ring security camera. Works great and does everything you want.


edit: Sorry, just realized you said with a receiver unit. We found that with the Levana it removed the need for a receiver unit as it beeps if it no longer senses motion and if it's to recognize when your baby is awake, the Ring security camera will notify you of movement immediately (once set up properly).
