Every time that I've ordered an Xbox or PS5 from there for other people it has been the same routine, maybe it is an expectation management thing. It's also super obscure where they hold the tracking number. They don't seem to want you to see it directly easily, you need to check the "get help" link in the upper right of your specific order view. |
